Ne-Yo helped Independence Day weekend in a free show

A news released on 5th July, Ne-Yo helped Independence Day weekend in a free show on Saturday (2 July) to celebrate his capture.

The Beautiful Monster singer appeared on stage to entertained members of the armed forces at a base in Fort Hamilton, New York.

As well as performing, Ne-Yo also met with soldiers and their family members have time for.

Speaking at the event, the R&B star told reporters why he got involved in the special concert.

He explained, "It’s something that we were trying to put together for a little while. Just a way for me to show my appreciation for what it is that the troops do.

"I’m out here supporting the people who support me, and my free way of life. I’m happy to be here."

During the performance itself, Ne-Yo told troops: "Keep your heads up, and know that people back here at home are missing you everyday and praying for you everyday…hurry up and come on back

Ne-Yo has helped 50 Georgia to promote child care


Ne-Yo has helped 50 Georgia to promote child care and group homes have started early on his career.

The singer songwriter, CEO of future compound annual Academy Foundation workshop brought together a number of children.

The three day session which runs between July 14 and 16 at Clark Atlanta University.

Ne-Yo in a statement says, "Frankly, that's a tall order for a three-day conference, but I can think of nowhere more appropriate and no team more capable than the faculty at the Clark Atlanta University School of Business. They have the intellect, the expertise, the experience and the right access."

The Compound Foundation's Executive Director Khalilah Abdul-Baqi explained the process in detail in a statement, saying:

"The purpose of The Future CEO Academy is three-fold. First, we want to empower students who, too often, are labeled and subjugated as 'powerless.' Second, we want to challenge them to create, define and execute their dreams in a real-world context. Third, we want to expose them to a network of interested business professionals who can share wisdom, expertise, tactical advice and the access necessary to develop their goals."

Ne-Yo is not happy with the state's R & B

Ne-Yo is not happy with the state's R & B, so he hopes his next musical project will change all that.

He states, “R&B needs to make a comeback. [We need] songs that evoke emotions. That song that reminds you of that really great relationship, or that crappy relationship or everything that happened in between.”

He then asked, “Do you remember when they use to play ballads on the radio? When the last time you heard a ballad on the radio?”

Ne-Yo has also created an animated series for the Cartoon Network called ‘I Heart Tuesday,’ in addition to music.
