Ne-Yo: Jackson boosts my mood

Ne-Yo revealed that he is very much fond of Jackson's songs and always listen to his songs whenever he feels sad about his death.

Some song for Micheal Jackson unfinished album has been written by Ne-Yo.

Ne-Yo revealed that i love Jackson songs and very much inspired of him but she got shocked and shattered after hearing the news of singer death in 2009.

"Whenever I get to that place like, damn, Mike is gone, I can listen back to those songs and [think of] the time that we met," he told the New York Post.

To pay tribute to the legend, Ne-Yo performed his classic tracks Smooth Criminal, The Way You Make Me Feel and I Just Can't Stop Loving You at Pepsi/Billboard's Summer Beats Concert at Gotham Hall in New York City on Wednesday evening.

The 32-year-old also recalled feeling overwhelmed when he met the music legend for the first time.

"His first words to me when he walked into the room were, 'You know what my favourite song of yours is,' and he started singing lyrics... I almost fainted. I didn't, but I came this close," he smiled

Ne-Yo turns down MLK role!!!

Ne-Yo decided not to avail the opportunity to play  Martin Luther King Jr. in an forthcoming film due to body image concerns. 30 pound weight gain is required for this role, which conflicted with the release of the singer's new album.

"They wanted to start shooting at the time my album R.E.D. comes out and wanted me to gain 30 pounds, so I couldn’t do it,” Ne-Yo explained. “I’m kicking myself but acting can’t take the place of my music. Plus I’ve been killing myself in the gym for months preparing for this album because I wanted a complete makeover."

"I definitely want to do more acting, but it’s got to make sense with the music," he said.

On July 18 American R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo on his YouTube VEVO channel official released the video of song "Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself)"

The video features dance and some sexy scenes of Ne-Yo with lady. The video commenced with Ne-Yo standing on a platform singing the song.In remaining scene the singer was spotted hanging out in bed with his lady, the girl standing on the beach alone, Ne-Yo dancing with back-up dancers, the couple fighting in a car, and a dance party.

The song is the 2nd single from his upcoming album "R.E.D" expected to be released coming September.The albums first single was "Lazy Love"
